Didion Orf Recycling Inc., is a leading scrap yard facility specializing in the collection, processing, and recycling of scrap metal and electronics. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient inventory management at our scrap yard.

Responsibilities of the Recycling Associate: 

• Inspects, records and weighs materials.

• Appropriately identifies, handles, sorts and processes materials.

• Maintains a safe and efficient work environment.

• Safely operate forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments and ensures accuracy of shipments.

The right individual will have the following qualifications:

• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Routinely bend, push, pull, twist and repeat.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2+ years prior forklift experience required.
• Basic math skills.

Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 Monday through Friday and every other Saturday 8-12.
